Beaver Football: 'Riley knows what he's doing'
Corvallis, Ore- 17 Beavers will take the field at Reser Stadium for the last time this Saturday as Oregon State hosts Washington in the final home game of the season.
Despite being just 2-8, several seniors feel like the program is in good hands.
"Riley knows what he's doing,” said senior Lance Mitchell. “I'm more than positive that next year the Beavers will be a contender in the Pac-12."
"Coach Riley is a good coach,” said James Rodgers. “All the seniors will probably tell you the same thing. He made us become men. He pretty much took us as boys or young men, built us up, and made us into the best men we could be."
"We have some great leaders on this team that will be here next year,” said Joe Halahuni. “Colby Prince, Sean Mannion, Dylan Wynn, he's young now but he's going to be a leader as well. I'm not worried at all for this program."
