Ducks hungry for bite of the Big Apple

Oregon is into the second round of the NIT on Sunday at 2:00 against the Iowa Hawkeyes at Matthew Knight Arena.
The No. 3 Ducks are coming off their 96-76 win over LSU on Tuesday while No. 7 Iowa defeated Dayton 84-75.
Iowa's victory was its first postseason win since 2003.
The Hawkeyes lead the all-time series 5-0 but they haven't played Oregon since the 1962 Far West Classic.
A Duck win would put them in the quarterfinals on Tuesday at Washington in Seattle as the Huskies beat Northwestern at home on Friday Night.
Just two victories shy of making the programs' first trip the semifinals since 2004, the Ducks are hungry for a bite of the Big Apple and Madison Square Garden.
Oregon advanced to the NIT semis in 1975, 1999 and '04.
