Is this Blazers's last trip to Seattle?

By Associated Press

SEATTLE (AP) - The Portland Trail Blazers will try for their longest winning streak in more than two months when they close out their season series with the Seattle SuperSonics tonight.

Seattle has dropped eleven straight.

Portland, 37-33, seeks to return to the postseason for the first time since 2003. But they are currently 10th in the competitive Western Conference. They are 6 1/2 games behind eighth-place Golden State for the final playoff spot and five behind ninth-place Denver.

But the Blazers completed a home-and-home sweep of the Los Angeles Clippers with an 83-72 road win on Saturday. Brandon Roy scored 23 points, while LaMarcus Aldridge added 21 and ten rebounds for the Blazers.

Portland has not won three straight games since winning four in a row from January 2nd-9th.
