PORTLAND, Ore. - An MRI on Blazers star Brandon Roy's injured hamstring Saturday showed he did not suffer a tear, but the team still announced that the All-Star guard will miss the next seven to 10 days.

The Blazers play four games in that stretch.

Roy injured the hamstring last Saturday in a win against the Toronto Raptors. At the time, it was thought to be just a mild strain, but the injury has just not reacted to treatment.

There was good news on Saturday, however. A precautionary MRI on Roy's surgically repaired left knee showed everything is OK with it.
