Names like Pre, Salazar and McChesney helped lead the University of Oregon distance runner boom of the 1970's and 80's. But as Bill Bowerman and Bill Dellinger retired, distance running faded out. Now it is back. In KVAL's latest installment of Track Town Revival, Nick Krupke says Olympian Galen Rupp has lead the charge in the re-birth of the distance corps.
