Village Oaks new hoop
A slam dunk of a gift was given to those who live at Village Oaks Apartments in Eugene Friday morning. The Housing and Community Services Agency of Lane County received a $6,000 basketball hoop donated by the Regional Sports Center in Springfield. Ernie Kent and some of his Ducks were on hand to sign autographs and hand out new balls for the kids to use on their new basket.
