EUGENE, Ore. -- The games haven’t been played yet, but Oregon and Oregon State have been predicted to be victorious on Saturday by sports forecasting company AccuScore.
AccuScore utilizes over 10,000 computer simulations, analyzing data that includes injuries, weather, and even coaching tendencies to predict the outcome. Not only are the final scores predicted, but AccuScore also provides individual statistics for offensive players as well as total team defense.
The Ducks have been forecasted to beat Purdue 35-22, with LaMichael James rushing for 94 yards and Jeremiah Masoli throwing for one touchdown and running for another. The defense limited the Boilermakers to 71 yards rushing on average and forced at least two turnovers.
