BCS championship trophy on display in Eugene
The Coaches' Trophy awarded to the 2009 national college football champions will be on display at Fred Meyer stores in Eugene Friday. The Waterford Crystal trophy is handcrafted in Ireland ($30,000). You can see the trophy from 1:00-4:00 Friday at the Fred Meyer on Division Street. Then at the Fred Meyer location on West 11th from 4:00-6:00. Fans can enter a drawing to win a free trip for four to the BCS National Championship game in Pasasena, CA.
