Ducks & Beavers tip off basketball season
Fresh faced Ducks like Jamil Wilson & Malcolm Armstead made their Mac Court debuts in a 99-61 exhibition win over Concordia Sunday. Wilson led Oregon with 17 and had a flashy alley oop jam off the glass from Tajuan Porter.
In Corvallis, Craig Robinson's second year as Beavers head coach began with an exhibition route of Southern Oregon, 94-53. Omari Johnson was the high point man for the Beavers with 16. OSU forced the Raiders into 22 turnovers.
