EUGENE, Ore. -- Interested in free Duck gear? Or maybe a polo signed by LaMichael James? All you had to do was follow the clues Sunday.
James tweeted photos of various items he was giving away, including sandals, shirts, and signed programs. Then, he tweeted clues to where he hid the items.
An 11-year-old and his dad followed those hints to P.K. Park Sunday afternoon.
Jason DePaoli said his dad was following the clues on Twitter, and told him to go up to a woman and ask her if she'd seen one of the items.
"'I said, 'do you have the polo?' and she said, 'yes,'" said DePaoli. DePaoli gave the secret password -- "Texarkana" -- and the woman handed over the signed polo shirt.
"I was really shocked," said DePaoli. "I'm going to hang it up for sure."
So what does DePaoli think of James?
"I think he's pretty cool, though I don't know a whole lot about him."
