Eastler makes Olympic team in race walk

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) -- Kevin Eastler has qualified for the U.S. Olympic team in the men's 20-kilometer race walk.

Eastler finished the walk in 1 hour, 22 minutes, 56 seconds at the Olympic trials Saturday and was the only American to make the team.

Tim Seaman finished second in 1:23.38, but did not beat the Olympic qualifying standard of 1:23.
