Thursday August 12 was the opening day of the 50th Annual Scandinavian Festival in Junction City. The Festival had a great turnout, with the streets packed with Festival goers.
In the first photo, a group of fierce Vikings makes friends with a young boy attending the Festival. In the second photo, we see a very colorful statue of a horse, right in the center of the Festival. In the last photo, we see a young girl having fun sticking her head through a board that has a painting of a traditional Scandinavian costume on it.
