My first dog- rescued from a Dallas, Texas SPCA shelter in March of '93 at approx. 5 months of age. My husband flew her back to our home in NH after his business trip to Dallas. On the way back, snowstorms caused major airport problems in the east forcing him to land in Washington DC, renting a car, and driving non-stop to New Hampshire Almost a 24 hr journey to her new home. We've loved her ever since. Best decision for us, and Best Dog! She'll live forever on my IPod!
