Took an enjoyable ride up the Old McKenzie Highway on Saturday, Sept. 11th. I have never been at the Dee Wright Observatory after dark -- it is really beautiful. I was lucky enough to capture pictures of the Sisters in the afternoon and at dusk. At wonderful surprise was the beautiful crescent moon with either Venus or Mars to the right. I have tried to find out which one it was but couldn't find the answer -- maybe someone can help me.
