This bird was carefully pulled to shore at the Junction City Pond, and the fishing line it was caught in was carefully cut away by this good Samaritan. The bird flew off, and was seen later, seemingly fully recovered. Just a reminder to fishermen everywhere, to not leave line laying around, if at all possible--birds are curious and may be harmed by the line!!

What a great job. It's great that the bird is letting this guy do this.
