Portland's exceptional group "The Strange Tones" came to Eugene on Saturday, 11/20/10, to perform at Mac's Restaurant in the Veterans Building. The enthusiastic crowd enjoyed their very unique blend of original blues, rockabilly, and vintage Rhythm & Blues music.

Led by the awesome guitarist and vocalist Guitar Julie, the band performed a fun hour and a half set, before breaking, and later coming back to do a second set.

Absolutely Julie and Andy Strange have a FANTASTIC group...The Strangetones rock and certainly are worth seeing multiple times!

I have seen this band for years in Portland, OR. They have always been an energetic entertaining band with talented musicians! No one can copy this band because they are truly unique! They are one of my favorite bands!
