Snowy River Otter on Florence Dock

On the Scene with Nature on the central Oregon coast. Florence had more snow than it has seen in a long time. Two days before Thanksgiving, a river otter decided that the dock on the Siuslaw River in Old Town Florence, was a great place to play. This furry creature went In and out of the water and back up on the dock to rolling in the snow. You never know what you will find in Florence.
