There was an incident this afternoon near the foot bridge behind Valley River this afternoon at 4:30. There was an ambulance and firetruck and several police cars but I don't know what was going on. Just happened to be near by.

He probably wanted to find a peaceful and pretty place to die, and thus chose the river. I wonder if he was all alone in this world? I did not see any coverage from KVAL about this. .
