Tsunami Hits Port of Port Orford, Oregon

Attached are two wave movies shot at 320 X 240 size. One is expanded to 640 X 480 and the other is in its native size. The time lapse photography was taken between 8:45 AM and 10:15 AM PDT, March 11, 2011. In the 45 second video, at least five separate tsunami waves surge into the Port of Port Orford, Oregon. All images were recorded live from the Web.

Our website, PortOrford.biz provided webcam access through our MoabLive.com web servers. Watch as the Beach at Port Orford fills and then empties every fifteen minutes over the duration of the event.

Awesome video to be able to see the time lapse, how far it recedes and then how far it comes in...like 5 high/low tides in a couple hours time! Wow, thanks for sharing this!
