At approximately 5:00 PM on Thursday Our manufactured home shook and felt like one of the cinder blocks supporting it crumbled. I asked everyone in the house if the felt that and they all agreed. My mother in law said she thought it was thunder. I went outside and crawled under the house to see if anything had crumbled or slipped off the foundation but it had not. My son in law searched earthquakes on the internet and found that one had happened in the last hour. It happened just east of Conser Quary about a half mile on Furgerson road. Thats the first time I have ever felt an earthquake in this area.

I really have to question this story. Nothing on the USGS Earthquake website and if the shaking was that strong in J. City it likely would have been felt in Eugene as well. Please list the source of where your son in law found the earthquake.
