My son in-law yelled for me to bring my camera, there was something I had to see. My other son in-law is the jokester of the family and had all the little kids believing it was the end of the world. LOL!! I had to calm a lot of kids down.

Chemicals being sprayed? By whom or what? That is a dissipated contrail from a passing jet. The halo is a common phenomenon and is formed my ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. Wikipedia backs this up. Search photos on Weather Underground for more.

Looks like chemtrails to me, and that halo is from the chemicals being sprayed not "ice crystals" or anything else.
