I was preparing dinner for my family and pulled out several potatoes for baking. I pulled out one potatoe and had the surprise of my life. I could not belive the perfect heart shaped potatoe I had in my hands. I took it out to show the rest of the family and they couldn't believe it either. We took several pictures but would be interested in if there is any way at all to preserve this potatoe.
