Stan, OLLI-UO member and UO professor emeritus of geography grew this zucchini in his garden and brought it in to share with the Spanish Conversation study group at the UO Baker Downtown Center. The Zucchini Duck was an immediate success among his peers and the program staff. Go Ducks!
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute is a non-credit program that offers a year-round schedule of lectures, short courses, study and discussion groups, tours, and field trips. Events are offered during the day, Monday-Friday. Program participation is open to all members who have paid either a twelve or six-month membership fee.
