Waves in Winchester Bay

There were supposed to be large swells to 20 feet on the coast today (09/27/2011) but I decided to watch from the more protected Windy Cove area about 1/2 mile inland from the jettys instead. The waves were still so much larger than normal! Some crashed over the wall and onto the pier on the other side!

I'm not sure why you posted that on my video because I doubt they'll get your message that way. Glad you can see, though.
