Headed east of Salem on HWY 22 to find some waterfalls and other scenery. At a wide spot half-mile east of milepost 42 there is a wide spot on the north side of HWY 22. Looking to the south I got this fabulous view of Gleneva Peak with snow on top and a waterfall coming down its front. A similar peak just east of Gleneva had an even greater amount of snow.
