Just walking and observing the wildlife when we saw this Heron trying to eat this dead Salmon. It was just to large to swallow even tho he gave it is best effort. Finally gave up and put back in water and walked away.
The kingfisher is very hard to photograph, they like to keep moving so got lucky with this picture.

The salmon was floating, it was dead and the Heron just came upon it and tried to swallow it, just to large to swallow and so just walked away from it. Lisa, Thank's for the compliment, appreciate it.
