Lynda Simons, a Supervisor at Eugene Public Library, digs out her car early Wednesday morning, to help open the library. While most Schools are closed and many stay home snuggling by the fire, most dedicated County, State and City Employees still have to go to work. Lynda is a native of Colorado and the biggest problem she will have today is avoiding all of the Eugene drivers that don't know how to drive in the snow and ice !
