Breaking news South Eugene.....Heard a bunch of commotion outside my window this morning at Bagley Apts on Pearl/19th, On my way to work (me in the shadow) and saw quite a scene! Hope its cleaned up by 5! luckily i think i got the last of the water in my building, no wonder the pressure was so low! On my way down the fern ridge trail the entire stream was filled with the silt and had turned it white all the way to Bertleson.
