Construction by Logan, Utah based Symbiotics, LLC to retrofit the dam to produce hydroelectric power is well under way. The project is supposed to be completed by June 2013. Until then, it's odd to see piers, docks, and boats left high and dry. It also felt strange to park on pavement that was 20 feet under water when I visited the lake last year!
