The beach was cloudy, gray, and gloomy so we go zero chance of seeing the comet. Someone left a small crab shell up on the overlook so I had a "sunset buddy" tonight...I even got a bizarre photo using my flash in macro mode and putting the lens right up to the crab shell. After all that fun, I headed home but stopped at the marina on the way out...oh, to have a tripod! I made do with a cardboard box but I sure would have liked better foreground.
Gloomy Sunset but Beautiful Marina
