Little Girl and Kitty reunited at OHVI

This morning I was going in to Riverbend's OHVI (Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute) to workout in their gym, and as I was entering I noticed a several people walking toward the entrance with a kitty in a harness in their arms. As I approached the doors, I also noticed a child, a sweet little girl, in a wheel chair about to be rolled out to go home from her stay at the hospital.
Once I was inside, I looked out the window and saw that the folks with the kitty were there to meet the little girl in the chair, and they were delivering the kitty to her arms. It was a very sweet meeting. Her face told it all, her smile and happiness were very apparent. I do not know who she was but I took pictures with my iphone because it is not every day that one sees something as poignant as this. Tears welled in my eyes for this reunion of girl and kitty. And I would like to say Thank you to the folks that thought enough to bring her kitty to greet her. Even the kitty's expression looks happy.
