The video clip was taken on Sept 2, during the off-loading of scrap from the jack-up barges to the floating barge below.
The still pictures were taken on the ninth and tenth of September. What you are seeing is part of the ship that was submerged and is being lifted out of the water by powerful pullers so that the Men of Titan can cut it with their torches.
They are getting down to final cuts on final cuts. A couple of weeks more and they will clean up and go.
