On weekends, my boyfriend and I love to go for leisurely drives out of town, to see what we can find to photograph. (Thank goodness the cost of gas has gone down some.) Our favorite thing to do, is to follow off beat roads that we have never driven down before. We get a thrill out of seeing where the roads will take us, and what we might discover. While driving, my eyes are constantly searching for photo opportunities. We look for nice places to stop and explore. There are photo opportunity suprises everywhere.
I have submitted only three among thousands of my photos to share. My first photo is called "Mist over an Autumn River". It was taken on the Siuslaw River here in Oregon. The mist somehow lured me in for a photo shoot.
My second photo I call "Autumn Mist over Railroad Tracks" I took this photo down Vaughn Road, out of Crow Oregon. And my third photo, was taken at Alton Baker Park in Eugene, Oregon. This little squirrel was scampering through this big acorn tree searching out his dinner. Squirrels are very fast, and very hard to photograph, But, I did manage to come out with a few good shots. This one is one of my favorites. It looks as though he is saying to me, and this is also what the photo is called, "Ecuse me! I'm trying to eat here. Do you mind?'
