Driver lost life on sunday morning on hwy 99. Vehicle came to rest in the Big Lots parking lot,driver is under the blue tarp.

Your location is not correct, there is no "Big Lots" on Highway 99, the only one in Eugene/Lane Co. is at Echo Hollow & Barger. The business you are referring to is "Wheeler Dealer", across from the Fairfield Shopping Center.
