Snow day turns to Ski day

As the snow started to fall over Eugene/ Springfield Sunday night and on into Monday morning, children all started thinking...Snow Day! And that it was, as most every school district canceled school, which allowed the students to enjoy the temporary winter wonderland. The pictures above were taken on a local hill near Sheldon High School. The pictures are of Sheldon Student Tyler Spicer. Spicer and his friends built a jump on the hill, and skiied off it all day long. Today proved to be a very succesfull and exciting snow day for my friends and I. I am sure most students will be hopin for the roads to ice up overnight for the possibility of back to back snow days. Thank you for reading my story. All pictures were taken by Trevor Davies
