About two months ago things were very busy and we all know how we can get caught up in the hussle and bussle of every day life. My family and I were hanging out and doing things outside enjoying the weather. So I thought it would be a nice day to bring Anna bell (that's the dog's name) outside to enjoy the day with us. So i got her leash and tied her up to my tahoe. I shut the leash in the passanger side door so she could lay down in the grass.. I then proceeded to do some work around the house, about 45 minutes later decided I needed to run to the store for some things for dinner. My daughter and my husband were working on a truck in the carport so I told them I was going to do that and got in my tahoe to go to the store. I have a real hard time with all this and thank God she survived. I forgot my poor dog was tied up on the side and left to go to the store.About a hafl mile down the road I heard a bang and looked in my rear view mirror to see anna bell rolling down the pavement and tragedy struck me I was so scared and worried but then adrenalin took over and I stoped, put the vehicle in reverse and went as fast as I could to get her. She was in a serious state of shock and ran from me. I luckly caught up with her to find her badly injured. I rushed her back to the tahoe and franticly back to the house were my daughter and husband then helped to get her to the animal hospital. She has now had three surgery's and fourtanite enough to have great doctor's working on her. She dont play and run around like she use to but they say that she will be back to her normal self soon. To this day I still have a hard time driving down the stretch of road were this happened. I thank the lord above for giving her the strength to make it through this hourble ordeal. I really do think of her as my miracle Dog.
