This is the poor palm tree that is covered with snow.A palm tree in Oregon? Yes...Its located in Eugene,Oregon,and its covered in snow.My friends in Florida get a kick out this,seeing the poor palm in the snow.. Only in Oregon can we see blue skies and snow on the palm tree.
