Christmas Carolers Heard in South Eugene

Residents of 70 W 30th in South Eugene decided to bring the sound of Christmas to thier fellow neighbors this evening. Answering a knock on the her door around 8 o'clock this eving, Kathleen Bosteder was met with a coral of singers and "We wish you a Merry Christmas" filled tha air. "What a wonderful surprise" she was heard to comment as she clicked her camera.
Earlier that evening she had directed one of them to the party. "I never thought they would show up on my doorstep" she said. " There is no sidewalk and the lighting is sparce. It alnost makes up for my learning about snow bound relatives in Portland and the fact that they might not make it down to Eugene for Christmas.
