Oscar Palmquist and his wife Jone were walking along the canoe canal when they spotted this diving bird. It was determined to be a "pied-billed" grebe, and they saw it had caught a fish. After a few moments, it maneuvered the fish around so it could swallow it, head first. Oscar managed to get a few photos with a long telephoto lens. The type of fish is not known.
