On Jan. 16th, we went to Diamond Lake to snowshoe. Upon arrival, we immediately had to shed our layers of clothing down to tee-shirts. It was nearly 60 degrees!! While basking in the sun, this hen turkey appeared giving new meaning to thawed turkey (better than the alternative). She wasn't hungry because she snubbed the pear we gave her. submitted by Danny Baker Glide OR
