Judy was born in Burlington WA back in 4/15/1963 and it snowed then too! Who would have thought all the way down here in Roseburg it would almost do it again! The flower basket with pansies and baby's breath is hanging in our vegatable garden... already up: potatoes, onions, lettuce, brocalli, and peas!
