A high risk traffic stop was cinducted on a vehicle traveling south on Highway 99W, just north of Corvallis this morning. Linn County Sherisfff's Deputies and Corvallis Police stopped a vehicle near Highway 99W and Circle Blvd. One suspect was taken into custody and K-9 Drug Detection Dog Roxie was used to search the vehicle. Plain clothes officers were seen at the stop.

The suspect was identified as 7 year old Brandon Jarae Lockhart. Lockhart was lodged on two charges of distributing a controlled substance, heroin and a parole violation.
