Protesters rallied for hours at the Gateway Post Office in Springfield the evening of April 15th, complaining about increasing government debt, and higher taxes.

Amen to "me". Couldn't have said it better. Don't you guys realize it was good ole georgie that started giving away the shop? Oh, lest ye forget.. the banks were given all those dollars with NO stipulations or oversight.. 'Taint so now!!

It is unfortunate that folks play partisan politics with the economic crisis, and try to marginalize these protesters. Yes, the bailouts started last Fall, but the Democrats controlled Congress then too, yet happily spent all of this money.
