City Wildlife enjoying the Weekend

These pictures were taken by Steven Hunnicutt.
The Osprey Pole being new, not familiar with this bird so notice activity and further study showed two residents. Intriqued by the size of nesting material used. It once again points out that even tho the city has invaded there area, humans have made an effort to co-exist.
What is most worrysome is that people walk by and don't even look up to notice, the same holds true for the turtles sunning thsemselves on a human secure log right below this Osprey Pole.
This is also the same area I saw two eagles last year and took pictures, once again people just walked by and did not even look, we we were looking up and they just walked on by.

I've seen an eagle at the pole between 42 & 52 streets on I-105 and at the light pole with nest on I-105 at the Valley River Center exit curve. Awesome.
