In Keizer, we had a violent storm cell go through in a short time frame. I've never seen anything like this. It got real dark, then started to rain, then lightening and heavy rains. 20 minutes later, it was over. Small amount of damage to plants due to rain and wind. Attached are pictures that shows some of the rain.
