The incredible police dog XAR from the Corvallis Police Department won his 4th championship title in a row at the annual Police Dog Competition hosted by the Springfield Police department on Saturday June 20, 2009, at Springfield High School. Everyone who attended this amazing display of police dog skills and abilities wanted to meet and pet the reigning champion!!
