Peaceful Celebration of Independence

Our 4th of July celebration was spent drifting the McKenzie River in the late afternoon/early evening, catching Rainbow Trout and eating them streamside. We saw beavers, lots of birds and this beautiful doe who watched us drift by, totally unafraid and peaceful in her own celebration of independence.
