Aster Apts for Seniors in Springfield, was built 4/09 and we tenants are enjoying our new air conditioned units , as my thermometer stopped at 104 degrees, at 5:20 pm, today 7/27/09, in our community garden area. It is 99 in the shade.WHEW!!!
