The first and second picture were taken approx. one mile upstream from Armitage Park. It was about five in the evening and a VERY warm day! We had gone to the river with the puppy to try to cool off and for the puppy to swim for the first time. I was on the bank and just taking pics in whichever direction, and these are two of the better ones in my opinion. I took around fifty pics that day between the scenery and the pup and each other. Was a good evening all arouund!
The "Duck Cloud" (as I have nicknamed it) was one that was taken at the top of Spencer's Butte. My Fiance and I had hiked the face of the Butte up, and once there (at the top) it was just beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better day to decide to go hiking. As always, I had my camera in tow and just started clicking pictures whithout thought. At first I didn't think I was seeing the cloud correctly, so when I got home and got it on the computer I was that more excited. This is one of my favorites out of ALL of the pictures I have taken over the years.
