There's an agency in Oregon that makes it so that people with developmental disabilities can live independently. Take it from someone who has a brother-in-law who is disabled, Oregon is a great place to be for people in this community. Lane County is one of the best places to live if you have a disability and one reason is the Full Access Agency in our community. I recently got to attend their picnic. Sit down and prepare yourself because what you're about to hear is chilling and if you listen, could be life-changing.
